Daily Creative Sprint workflow

Follow these four steps for every Sprint. When something starts to feel repetitive, it becomes a VA task with its own SOP.

Use for every client
Step 1

Intake & booking

  • Send prospect to https://cs.peahq.com or straight to intake.
  • Client completes https://intakecs.peahq.com.
  • Confirm details by email if anything is unclear.
  • Log the new Sprint in your internal tracker (sheet or doc).

Related SOP: PeaHQ-CS-SOP-01-Wire-Intake (stored in Vault).

Step 2

Generate & select

  • Use intake answers to generate ad images and copy.
  • Pull concepts via AdGenius AI and your own prompts.
  • Shortlist the strongest concepts for each angle.
  • Drop assets into a working folder named for the client.

Related SOP: PeaHQ-CS-SOP-02-Delivery (asset prep section).

Step 3

Package & deliver

  • Export final images (feed + story/Reel where needed).
  • Drop copy into a simple doc or PDF, clearly labeled.
  • Send a clean delivery email with links and notes.
  • If a VA is involved, send assets to them first for upload.

Related SOP: PeaHQ-CS-SOP-02-Delivery (client delivery section).

Step 4

Archive & update

  • Move final assets into an archive folder in Vault.
  • Update your tracker with date delivered and folder link.
  • Note any follow-up or retainer opportunity.
  • Tag this client as “Active” or “Complete” in your system.

Related SOP: PeaHQ-CS-SOP-04-Archive.

Today’s focus

Use this section as a simple checklist. You can keep it as text or later swap it for an embedded sheet or tracker.

For you (owner)

  • Review any new intakes from https://intakecs.peahq.com.
  • Decide which offers get a Sprint this week.
  • Record high-level notes on what messages seem to work.
  • Flag any steps that feel repetitive or draining → future VA tasks.

For VA (when active)

  • Check for new Sprints in the tracker / sheet.
  • Follow the SOPs to wire intake, package assets, and archive.
  • Never change URL structure without explicit written approval.
  • Ask questions early if anything in a brief is unclear.

As the system grows, this hub can link out to your tracker, folders, and more detailed dashboards. For now, it keeps Creative Sprint and Evergreen PeaHQ aligned without adding extra complexity.
